Northwoods Metal Decor is a small-town business that creates unique metal wall art for all occasions. Located in the Upper Midwest in Cheesehead country (GO PACK GO!), Northwoods Metal Decor is known for its quality craftsmanship and creative designs. Our metal wall hangings add character and personality to homes, cabins, and businesses.

Experienced in Metal Fabrication 

Owner Chad Hansen founded Northwoods Metal Decor in 2018 when he was at a crossroads in his career. At the time, Chad was working as a maintenance manager when a company buyout led to a relocation opportunity out of state. Rather than leave Wisconsin, Chad decided to stay in the Northwoods and try something new. Metal décor was gaining in popularity, and Chad was intrigued by the possibility of creating custom pieces. On a whim, Chad purchased a CNC plasma cutting table and began experimenting with metal art. 

Personalized Metal Signs & Monograms

With a background in metalwork and fabrication, custom metalworking came naturally. Before long, Chad was crafting metal art signs, monograms, and other personalized metal art at his home-based shop. Northwoods Metal Decor was born. Chad quickly discovered just how much he enjoyed creating metal art.
